Julia’s focus is the design of assessment and development interventions uniquely tailored to the client’s needs. She is passionate about the selecting the “right” and “best” people for your organisation.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and British Psychologically Level A and Level B qualified to administer, interpret and feedback psychometric tests and profiling questionnaires.

Julia has extensive experience of using MBTI and OPQ for assessment, development and coaching purposes.

Her work record spans both the public and private sectors having been a Royal Naval Officer for 10 years, a Civil Servant and a HR consultant operating in international organisations.
